On behalf of the Managing Authority of the Operational “Just Transition Development Programme” / NSRF 2021-2027/Ministry of Development and Investments GR, SPEED has been assigned the task of providing consulting services including the study: “Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment” according to the EU Directive 2001/41 and the national legislative framework. Additionally, SPEED supported the Managing Authority in coordinating cosultation procedures and the decisions for the appropriate environmental measures and the monitoring system during the implementation of the Programme.
