• establishing and implementing business plans and investments for restructuring, technological modernisation and development in new areas of innovative entrepreneurship and green economy

• developing techno-economic studies and feasibility studies

• taking advantage of the subsidies provided by national and European programs to finance investments and business plans

• acquiring methods and tools for organisational purposes, quality assurance and management, environmental management and eco-labeling in accordance with international standards

• participating in research, technological development and innovation programs
